About Legit Homes

Legit Homes Pty Ltd is an Adelaide SA business built around one simple idea: homes should be planned properly, built carefully and handed over exactly as promised. From new builds to bathrooms to backyards, we handle the jobs that deserve care and clear communication.

Our Story

Established Adelaide home ready for renovation

Legit Homes began with a simple belief: building and renovating a home should not be stressful. Too many homeowners deal with unclear quotes, missed deadlines and messy sites. We set out to do the opposite — quote clearly, arrive when we say we will, protect your home while we work and hand over every project clean and complete.

Today we deliver new homes, extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, outdoor living areas and repairs across Greater Adelaide. The scale has grown, but the approach has not changed: measure twice, build once, and leave every site cleaner than we found it.

What We Stand For

Safety First

Every job starts with a risk check and a safe method of work. No shortcuts on ladders, lifting, structure or compliance.

Precision

Square corners, level lines, correct fixings for the structure. We take pride in the details you see and the ones you don't.

Straight Talking

Clear quotes, honest timeframes and plain-English updates. If something changes on site, you hear it from us first.

Tidy Finishes

Neat joins, clean lines and a full clean-down before we leave. Your home should look better, not busier.

How Our Team Works

Site visit or call. We review the space, confirm what is being built and flag anything that affects the plan — structure, services, access or approvals.
Clear written quote. You receive an itemised quote with inclusions, exclusions and timing, so there are no surprises on the day.
Planned build. Our team arrives with the right gear, safe work practices in place, and a plan for protecting floors, furniture and finishes.
Careful handover. Every stage is checked and we walk you through the finished work, with a simple handover summary of what was done.
